If it’s one thing that you need to know about salmon nutritional facts it’s that salmon meat contains a rich abundance of Omega 3 essential fatty acids. There is documentation of studies that have shown a decrease in irritability, redness and itchiness of Psoriasis while consuming Omega 3.
